Pengalaman Memohon ETA/Visa Australia
Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera to all readers! Di sini, saya ingin menceritakan pengalaman memohon ETA/Visa Australia. But before that, I have to remind you guys yang bercita-cita untuk melancong di Australia, sila lupakan dlu trip itu ataupun hanya conduct a girls trip to Australia since why? They blocked hampir semua lelaki Malaysian yang hendak pergi ke Australia?
First of all, rakyat Malaysia banyak jadi pendatang haram di Australia. Kononnya jadi pemetik buah. Oit, kat Malaysia bukan main mengutuk warga asing walaupun depa datang ke Malaysia with proper permit but how about the illegal immigrant from Malaysia at Australia? Manusia beginilah merosakkan hubungan diplomatik antara dua negara. Sungguh mementingkan diri sendiri. Haaa, tepukkkk!
The reason why I want to go to Australia? Simple, because I want to attend a conference! Let me repeat, A CONFERENCE to present my publication paper! And of course, there are a lot of reasons on why I can't go to Australia by myself because of safety reason, at least if ada masalah, boleh refer pada seseorang dan lebih baiknya bawa lelaki untuk jaga kita. Soo I decided to bring my own boyfriend (He is helping me a lot about the publication paper) But dammmmm.
The online system doesn't require you to upload the flight ticket and any other documents so maybe they just use coding to reject all people that tick Male I guess. My ETA lulus but not him. OMG, why? So I read all the documents and guess what? You have to send an email to etakl@dfat.gov.au for rayuan and you have to include all the documents required.
To lodge an application for an ETA, you will need to provide:
- A completed ETA Additional Information Request Form (download the form here); and
- A copy of the ETA applicant’s passport biodata page (the page with the passport holder’s details and photo) and passport observation page; and
- A copy of the screenshot of the ETA referral screen (if available); and
- Additional supporting documents (see below).
- Email the required information to etakl@dfat.gov.au.
- Emails should not exceed 5MB (messages that exceed size limits will be rejected by email servers).
- Please send one email only.
- Quote your passport number in the subject line of your email.
You should provide the supporting documents such as:
- A statement and itinerary regarding your intended stay in Australia. Please include evidence of any arrangements made (if any).
- A list of your immediate family members (including full names and dates of birth), indicating which of these family members will be travelling with you.
- Details of other travelling companions or people accompanying you on the trip other than family members. Please include their full name and date of birth.
- Details of all family, friends and contacts in Australia. Please include their full names and dates of birth. Please indicate if they are Australian citizens or permanent residents. If not, please indicate visa status and reason for their stay in Australia.
- Bank statements showing at least the previous two months’ transactions. Please include all bank accounts that you and/or your sponsor hold.
- Evidence of your employment / commitments. This could be:
- A statement from the employer indicating your annual salary and that you have approved leave for your travel to Australia, or
- If you and/or your sponsor are self-employed, business registration documents and financial records for the business (such as bank statements), or
- Other evidence of incentives to return such as education or other commitments in your home country.
- If you are not employed, please provide other evidence of your financial capacity or evidence from the person who supports you (including evidence of your relationship with that person).
Belum tentu lulus lagipun and if you pergi ke VFS Global yang berada di Wisma MCA uh pun. Belum tentu membantu unless you nak mohon terus visa Visitor 600 for AUD 140 kalau nak cuba. Tapi itupun belum guarantee lulus.
p/s : Nasihat saya, jangan beli tiket kapal terbang dulu. Apply visa dulu or else, ticket burn macam kitaorang. Sedih
